Delivery

Delivery within Australia
Orders over $150 and under 5kg (not including shipping) are delivered free!
Postage and handling within Australia is $10 for orders up to 3kg and then an additional charge of $3 per kg will be charged after this. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. Australian Air Express (AAE) or Australia Post Express Mail is used where possible on orders which do not contain bulky or breakable items. If you require an urgent delivery, please email customercare@bambinipronto.com.au with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
**Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas, sale periods and for special promotional code offers.

Delivery to New Zealand
Postage and handling to New Zealand is from $15.00 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped. Delivery is via international airmail and may take up to two weeks.

International Delivery
Postage and handling outside Australia and New Zealand is from $15 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped.
**Please note, we do not ship orders to the USA or Canada. We also do not ship any grobag® products to Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand or China.

Strictly delivery only; no pick-ups allowed.
