Q. How much does delivery cost? 
A. Within Australia -
Orders weighing 5kg or less are currently delivered free during our Free Postage Promotion, valid for a limited time only. Minimum cart value to qualify for this promotion is $50. Orders are normally charged at a flat rate of $10 for any number of items, total cart weighing 5kg or less. Orders weighing over 5kg will be charged at $10 for the first 3kg; then an additional $3 per extra kg (or part thereof). Please note, the Free Postage Promotion does not apply to orders weighing over 5kg. 
New Zealand - from $15.00 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped. Delivery is via international airmail and may take up to two weeks.
International - outside Australia and New Zealand is from $15 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped.

Q. Where do you deliver? 
A. We deliver everywhere within Australia including PO Boxes, business addresses and home addresses. A small number of items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes although these items will have a note explaining this on the product page of our website. We also deliver to all international countries exept for the USA or Canada. Please note that we cannot ship any Grobag products to Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand or China.

Q. How long does delivery take? 
A. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days from the day of ordering. Australia Post Express Mail is used for all orders under 5kg. If you require an urgent delivery, please email customercare@bambinipronto.com.au with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. **Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as the Biggest Ever January Sale or Christmas.

Q. Can I pick-up my order?
A. Sorry, no pick-up’s allowed, strictly delivery only.

Q. Will I receive an email confirming my order?
A.
Yes. We will ask for your email address during the registration process and we will send you confirmation of your order immediately. Once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation via email you can be confident that we have received your order and payment has been processed.

Q. Will I receive an email to advise that my order has been dispatched?
A.
Yes. Your order will be automatically dispatched from our warehouse and you will receive an email to confirm this. The dispatched email will also inform you how long until you should expect to receive the parcel and what to do if it has not been received by this time.

Q. How can I pay for my order?

  Australia Post Money Orders can be purcahsed at more than 3800 Australia Post retail outlets around the country. Please post money order along with a copy of our completed Order Form.
