Q. Will I receive an email confirming my order?
A. Yes. We will ask for your email address during the registration process and we will send you confirmation of your order immediately. Once you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation via email you can be confident that we have received your order and payment has been processed.
Q. Will I receive an email to advise that my order has been dispatched?
A. Yes. Your order will be automatically dispatched from our warehouse and you will receive an email to confirm this. The dispatched email will also inform you how long until you should expect to receive the parcel and what to do if it has not been received by this time.
