We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so within 30 days, unused with all packaging and tags intact (and nursery thermometer in the case of grobag® baby sleeping bags), and we will either exchange them or refund you.
Please fill out the your details on the Refunds and Exchanges Form on the reverse of your order receipt and send this form together with all items returned to the following address.

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Bambini Pronto has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges. Additional charges are $10 for Australian Customers and $12.50 for New Zealand. International customers will be contacted separately to arrange additional return postage costs.

We will aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your inquiry and aim to have it resolved within 5 working days.
Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through bambinipronto.com.au or our mail-order catalogue will need to check with the individual store in regards to their refund policy as we can only refund or exchange items purchased from this store.
