Delivery within Australia

$5.00 for standard delivery under 5 kilos.  Additional postage and handling costs apply for orders over 5 kilos.

$8.00 for express delivery under 5 kilos.  (We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days so with EXPRESS delivery you should receive your order in approximately 4 working days, if not sooner)

Delivery during busy periods

It is so exciting to be sending out beautiful products to so many of our customers that will be used and treasured . We have some amazing promotions through out the year.  Please allow an extra few days for delivery during sale periods.
If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. Please note if a product can not be sent express this is noted on the individual product page. 

Delivery to New Zealand

Postage and handling to New Zealand is from $15.00 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped. Delivery is via international airmail and may take up to two weeks.

International Delivery

Postage and handling outside Australia and New Zealand starts from $15 AUD. Our customer care team will contact you separately to arrange postage and handling charges that are over $15 prior to your order being shipped. All customers placing international orders will need to provide further identification.  We can not ship items over 20kg internationally. 
 

Pick-Ups

Strictly delivery only; no pick-ups allowed.

Maximum Order Quantities

Maximum of 3 of each sale product is allowed during sale periods (fabric and colour variations do not constitute a different product).
